Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

SevereClean Ultrasonics Shipping & Delivery Policy

To ensure a seamless delivery of your SevereClean Ultrasonics cleaning agents, tabletop unit, console unit, or custom equipment, please review the shipping and unloading instructions in their entirety before your order arrives at your facility.


SevereClean Ultrasonics manufacturers our items made to order. Once a product is manufactured, it will ship within three business days. Since our orders ship via LTL or FTL, the trucking company will provide an estimated amount of time in transit at time of sending the tracking information.


Less than Truckload (LTL) Shipments


All less than truckload (LTL) shipments will ship on 48-foot and 53-foot trailers that are not standard with lift gate service. Liftgate service is required if you do not have the correct tools to lower the pallet from the tailgate to ground level. If lift gate service is necessary to off-load your SevereClean Ultrasonics equipment, SevereClean Ultrasonics must be informed before the order leaving our facility. Liftgate service is available for an additional charge. The final cost of other liftgate services to unload your order is dependent on the final weight and product mix. Liftgate service cannot off-load skids larger than six feet.


All LTL shipments require a final delivery location with an available loading dock or the necessary equipment to remove the pallets from the trailer. (Forklift, tractors, staff, etc.)


The delivery driver will move the pallet to the truck's tailgate, but your staff is responsible for lifting the pallet from the truck to ground level.

Standard delivery hours apply to all LTL shipments from SevereClean Ultrasonics. If your receiving hours differ, you must inform SevereClean Ultrasonics before your order leaves our facility. Otherwise, if the carrier arrives between standard hours and you cannot receive the shipment, additional re-delivery fees will apply.


Full Truckload Shipments


All full truckload shipments from SevereClean Ultrasonics will ship on 48-foot and 53-foot trailers without lift gates. We do not offer liftgate service on full truckload shipments. The purchaser is responsible for having the means to move pallets within the truck and remove the packaged equipment from the trailer. The purchaser is solely responsible for unloading the pallet(s) from the trailer. The driver will not assist in moving the pallets within the truck or removing them from the tailgate to ground level.


Truckload carriers provide a maximum of two (2) hours from arrival to unload your equipment from the trailer. If you exceed two hours, you will incur additional detention charges. Once a truck is assigned to your delivery, they will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment at the delivery location. If you require special services, such as lift gates or pallet jacks, please make arrangements with SevereClean Ultrasonics before the scheduled ship dates. The purchaser understands that the truck will not arrive with a lift gate, pallet jack, or loading dock upon which the equipment will off-load.


All trailers have a tamper-proof seal upon leaving our facility. If the trailer arrives at your location with a broken or missing seal, the purchaser is responsible for calling us immediately. This is the only way we can guarantee the product contained within your shipment.


Damages During Shipping


The purchaser is responsible for inspecting any equipment upon arrival to ensure no damage occurred during transit. Please do a visual inspection of all pallets, boxes, cartons, or crates. The purchaser is also responsible for documenting any damage, including but not limited to: chipped paint, damaged shrink wrap, broken pallets, and damaged equipment. All damages must be reported to SevereClean Ultrasonics as soon as possible but no later than five days after receiving the shipment per the signed bill of lading. The purchaser will then notify SevereClean Ultrasonics of such damage immediately, and we will file a claim on your behalf.


Any shortages or damages must be written on the Delivery Receipt. If you determine that your equipment is damaged or missing, you MUST note the item, discrepancy, and condition BEFORE you sign for it. SevereClean Ultrasonics is not responsible for charges incurred per the customer's request for outside service contractors to unload, repair, alter, or check any of our products without our express written approval.
